This past week, my team had the opportunity to visit a senior living home! We painted the ladies nails, gave haircuts to the men, and sang songs and danced! It was so sweet to see how much joy it brought them to have visitors! Some of them could speak a little English, some just Spanish, and some couldn’t speak at all. But we were still able to connect with them through different activities and music!

Over the weekend we lead youth group for the church downstairs. We talked about evangelism and the importance of sharing your faith in your community. We shared testimonies and played games with the youth group!

This week we taught English lessons to a couple from Medellín. It was so sweet to get to talk with them and get to know their story.

Please continue to pray for the people in Medellín, for my leaders, and for everyone on my squad, that we would not lose sight of why we are here and that we would do everything for the glory of the Lord!

  1. Praying for you, Brooklyn! I’m so thankful that you have had such amazing opportunities! You are laboring for God’s glory!
    Matthew 9:37-38

[37] Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; [38] therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
