This week has been full of blessings. My team was assigned to paint the bathrooms of the church downstairs. In one bathroom we painted a mural wall and in the other we painted flowers and leaves. We will be helping with youth ministry and kids ministry this weekend. We will also be helping in a senior living home.

I had a long talk with my leader about my anxiety and we decided to fast one day and spend meal times in prayer. The Lord has certainly given me more peace. I am still praying to feel completely normal here.

For our off day, we went to a beautiful castle in Medellin. We got to go on a tour and learned lots of history on the castle. I have tried lots of good food and coffee here!

Please continue praying for the people of Medellin and our ministry hosts and my squad! Pray for people to know the Lord even with the language barrier and for renewed joy on my squad!
