These past few weeks in the Philippines have been such a blessing to me. I have made so many friends here and feel so loved. Here are a few testimonies of the Lord working in people’s lives recently:

At youth group last week, one of the kids who usually sits with me was there, so I went over to say hi but they didn’t want to let him in because he’s too young. Eventually the lady at the door said it’s ok because he’s with me. Him and his friends all made me the sweetest cards and I felt so loved by them. I was praying that he would come to know the Lord and he did that night! He wasn’t even supposed to be there but the Lord saved him! I am so grateful for the relationships that have been built with these sweet kids! It is so cool to see them growing in their faith!

My parents came to visit me last week and we did ministry in the red light district. We went to a bar and met a girl named Grayson. She is 23 and talked to us for awhile. Tonight was her first night working at the bar. She seemed really scared at first but enjoyed talking with us. Then we requested to play worship music and the girls danced with us and had so much joy!

We went to another bar and I met a girl named Loraine. She is 19 and had a 4 year old and 1 year old. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is Muslim and I got to tell her about the gospel. We had some good conversations and she showed me pictures of her sweet family.

We went back to the bar the next day and gave Grayson a Bible. She was so grateful and said instead of going home and sleeping she wanted to go home and read her Bible. Then we went to the other bar and gave Lorraine her Bible. I didn’t stay in there long to talk but she seemed excited about it. Please pray that she will read it and come to know the Lord!
